21 July 2001
As proposed at the 1991 Willick Reunion, and agreed upon by a majority standing vote, with no dissenters, we hereby present the following resolution, to be included with the preceding five (5) resolutions, and also to become part of the basic by-laws of our association.
RESOLVED that –
for all future family reunions, after the basic budget has been determined, registration fees be established for all adult family members who wish to attend. These fees are to be based on current budget requirements, and previous and anticipated attendance records and information. Registration fees and information regarding numbers and age groups attending must be received at least four months prior to date of the reunion, to satisfactorily implement scheduling of planned events.
